IBC can now offer additional laboratory and office space!

As of 1 April 2025, a further 374 m2 of space will be available for your research plans. This space on the 1st floor is ideally designed for an in vivo pharmacology unit. In addition to 6 laboratory rooms (108 m2), 5 ancillary laboratory rooms (89 m2), there are also 3 storage rooms (32 m2), an office (19 m2) as well as sanitary rooms and a shower. The unit is rounded off with a very large autoclave that can be accessed at ground level with matching stainless steel autoclave trolleys . Additional 6 large offices (22-28 m2) are available on the 7th floor in the same building.
All rooms will be renovated before you move in.

Good accessibility:
The building is optimally accessible via public transport (e.g. U3 or tram line 71). A bicycle shed is available for cyclists. And you can also rent car parking spaces separately.

Office space as required:
Use offices exclusively or as shared office space.

Easy collaboration:
The shared use of two meeting rooms (27 m2 and 42 m2) is possible as well.

Safety first:
Our facility follows a common safety concept. We at InnoFly BioCenter are happy to support you in the preparation of the legally required health and safety document (SGD), in the provision of safety information and instructions and in the regular maintenance of safety-relevant equipment. Your safety is our concern!

Would you like to make adjustments to the laboratories? No problem, we will realise your individual requirements at your expense.
